The counter list
Prices in Canadian dollars. Updated as the seasonal lots change.
Two espresso machines sit on the Hamilton Street bar so a decaf ticket never parks the caffeinated queue. One grinder holds the house blend. The second holds decaf all day. Filter and batch brew run from a separate station so the wand work stays on the group heads.
The single-origin pour-over changes every two weeks. The house blend stays put: Colombian and Brazilian, chocolate and red apple, 19 g in, 26 seconds on target. Cold brew and nitro are batched overnight in litre cubes and tapped from 07:00.
What moves weekly
Pastry quantities follow the bakery drop at 07:00. Soup and the grain bowl follow the 11:30 lunch window. Retail bags list a roast date from the East Vancouver roast and a 72-hour rest before we put them on the shelf. If a lot runs out, the board changes the same morning.

Allergen and dietary note
Nuts run on the bar in the almond croissant, the mocha garnish, and some pastry cases. Gluten-free bread is available on Fridays only, while stocks last. We can talk through dairy alternatives and the lactose-free jug. We cannot promise a nut-free bar, a gluten-free steam wand, or a kitchen that isolates allergens. If a ticket needs a remake, say so at the till. The remake policy is on the refunds page.
Call the bar for pickup.
Phone through 16:30. Name the drinks, the milk, and the time you will walk in. Plans and carts use the same enquiry form.
