Tastethemoment

5 business days · 90 drinks / hour

Bring the bar to the room.

Pop-up espresso, boardroom trays, and a 90-minute workshop at the Hamilton Street bar. Priced in Canadian dollars. Booked five business days out.

The cart is a mobile version of the Hamilton Street bar. One machine, one grinder, cups, dairy and oat, two house syrups, and a 15 amp draw you can forward to the building engineer in a single sentence. Full-day bookings staff two people so the wand and the ticket stay split.

Trays are for rooms that need flasks and pastry without a queue. Twelve guests, twelve pastries, airpots of house blend or batch brew. We drop them 15 minutes before the meeting start and collect flasks after.

Workshops stay at our bar

The latte-art session is 90 minutes, up to ten guests, at Suite 210. We hold it after 17:00 on weekdays or from 16:00 on Saturday so the public queue is already closed. Milk, cups, and two stations are included. The venue for that package is ours.

Travel beyond Metro Vancouver is $1.15 CAD per kilometre. Additional barista hours are $75.00 CAD. A 40% deposit holds the date. The balance is invoiced 7 days after the event. Date changes more than 10 business days ahead move that deposit once at no cost.

Service station set for a high-volume pour
Cups, oat, and a 15 amp circuit travel with the cart.

The cart includes the machine, the grinder, cups, dairy, oat, two syrups, and bar tools. A full day includes two people. A half day includes one person plus a runner for the first hour of setup. Milk volumes are specced to the guest count you send. Extra litres can be added the day before.

The venue supplies a 15 amp circuit, water access or a 20 L jug, and a clear 2.1 m × 0.9 m floor. If the cart cannot roll in, we need two 1 m tables. We do not use single-use trays on catering under 20 guests.

A typical 300-person service

A product launch in Mount Pleasant with 300 guests was poured in 3 hours on two group heads, using the full-day package plus one extra barista hour. That figure is a capacity example. If your room is larger, we quote a second cart or bulk brew at $34.00 CAD per litre.

Deposits are 40% to hold a date. Cancel more than 10 business days ahead and the deposit comes back in full. The sliding scale and the staff-commit rule are written on the refunds page.
